Excellently located apartment at Playa Flamenca. Playa Flamenca is approximately 40 minutes south of Alicante Airport and 20 minutes north of Murcia Airport. Playa Flamenca has a wide range of facilities, including shops, restaurants, bars and a local market, all within 10 minutes walking distance of the apartment. Guests will find lovely sandy beaches within a 10 minute walk and there are three 18 hole golf courses within easy reach. The nearest, at Villamartin, is only 3km away. For the young at heart there is a local go-cart track within 5 minutes walk. Other local facilities include horse riding (10 minutes by car), sea fishing (10 minutes walk), fresh water fishing (15 minutes by car), bike hire and jet skiing.

Accommodation comprises:

Lounge/diner with satellite TV, DVD and stereo system. Patio doors lead out to balcony with good views over the surrounding area. Patio table and chairs for al-fresco dining. American style kitchen with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine etc. 2 double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes.
