Two bedroom apartment on the new Playa Golf II development at Campoamor, Costa Blanca. The area is renowned for its many clean "Blue Flag" beaches. The site is ideally located a 5-10 minute drive from many bars, cafes and restaurants and the exquisite beaches of Campoamor, Cabo Roig & La Zenia. The superb golf courses of Campoamor, Las Ramblas and Villamartin are only a couple of minutes drive away, in the picturesque hillside overlooking the sea.

Sailing, windsurfing, diving and fishing are all on offer locally. The larger town of Torrevieja is about twenty minutes to the North with an abundance of shops, restaurants, cafes and tapas bars. Torrevieja has a daily market and a superb promenade as well as a Marina. Aquopolis Water Park lies on the outskirts of the town - its Kamikazee slides, wave-pool and lazy river make this a favourite day out with the kids. A Go-Kart track about ten minutes drive from the apartment provides thrilling entertainment.

Playa Golf II is a 45 minute drive from Alicante airport and only 20 minutes from San Javier-Murcia airport. There are a few restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance. However a car is essential as the beaches, golf courses, bars, shops & restaurants are probably too far to walk to.

Accommodation Comprises: 2 twin bedrooms, lounge/dining room with TV, DVD/MP3 player, South facing balcony with table & patio chairs, bathroom with over bath shower, fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, small utility room with washing machine. A sofa bed (double) with an additional pull-out single bed allows the apartment to accommodate 7 people. There is a travel cot and a highchair for the younger tourist. The bedrooms & the lounge have air conditioning for summer use & heating for cooler winter nights. The apartment has an alarm & safe.

Outside: There is an communal swimming pool exclusive to the complex only a short distance from the apartment.
