Detached villa with own swimming pool at La Marina, Costa Blanca

Brand new for 2007, this lovely detached villa is situated at the popular coastal resort of La Marina, within walking distance of local shops, bars and restaurants etc. Only about 10 minutes by car will take you to the town of Torrevieja, which is south of Alicante and surrounded by two large natural saltwater lagoons, considered to be the largest in Europe. Fantastic sandy beaches are only about a mile away from the villa. Other facilities within a mile include golf and fishing.

La Marina itself is only about 20 kms from Alicante Airport and is fast becoming one of Euope's first class tourist centres. It has almost 360 days of sunshine a year and magnificent beaches of fine sands, with many local natural beauty spots, which make it an ideal location for a holiday.

Torrevieja was the home port of the largest fleet of sailing boats in the Mediterranean and preserves the history for all to enjoy. The usual facilities such as modern supermarkets, Aqua Parks etc can be found here, along with one of the largest street markets in Europe, which takes place every Friday. Torrevieja's carnival, which takes place every February, is not to be missed.

Accommodation comprises: Ground Floor: Open plan Lounge with dining area satellite TV and DVD. Fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob, fridge, microwave and all kitchen appliances and utensils. Separate utility room with washing machine. Bedroom 1 with twin beds is situated on the ground floor, together with a separate shower room with shower, toilet and sink.

First Floor: 3 further bedrooms all with twin beds - both the master bedroom and bedroom 2 have doors leading to their own private terraces. There is a further family bathroom on this floor, which includes bath (with shower over), bidet, wash hand basin and toilet.

The villa is air conditioned (which also doubles as central heating in the winter) and fully alarmed. There is a safe available in which guests can place their valuables.

Outside: Own swimming pool with poolside shower and surrounded with patio to make an ideal sunbathing area. Barbecue available for al-fresco dining.
