This detached villa in Lo Crispin is a great place to enjoy a break whatever the time of year. Approximately 1/2 an hours drive from either Alicante or Murcia airports, this property is located very close to Ciudad Quesada which has bars, restaurants and even a water park.

Swimming Pool and Beaches: If you would like to relax you can make use of the communal pool or the beaches of Guardamar and La Mata which are just a 10 minute drive away.

Golf: If you prefer a round of golf there are many good courses to choose from in the area including La Finca (5 minutes), La Marquesa (5 minutes), Campoamor, Las Ramblas and Villamartin (20 minutes).

Places of Interest: Also worth a visit is Santa Pola which is a 20 minute drive away, has a large marina and can offer regular boat trips to the old smugglers island of Tabarca. Or you could visit the old market towns of Cartagena or Orihuela which has many bars, restaurants and designer boutiques. For the more adventurous, Terra Mitica Theme Park or Mundomar Sea Life Park are approximately 1.5 hours drive north. There are also many traditional local markets daily, the closest being Zoco's on Sunday.
