Excellently located for golfers, this villa is only a few minutes' drive from the increasingly popular Golf La Finca at Algorfa. Other championship courses nearby include Villamartin, Campoamor, Las Ramblas, La Marquesa. Only about 5 minutes drive from the villa is the small town of Algorfa. The larger town of Torrevieja is only about 15 minutes away by car.

Accommodation comprises: Front entrance to lounge/diner. Lounge area has 2 x 2-seater settees, satellite TV, CD cassette player. Dining table & chairs. Small utility room housing washing machine and also with toilet and sink. Kitchen equipped with oven, electric hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, juicer, kettle etc. Door to rear patio garden.

First Floor: Stairs lead up to two bedrooms both with twin beds. Family bathroom with shower over bath.

Top Floor: Stairs continue to top floor where there is an occasional bedroom with a single bed. Doors lead out to the rooftop patio with an outside shower.

Air conditioning available on payment locally.

Outside: Small front garden with drive in for car. Rear patio garden with table and chairs and barbecue area. Lovely shared community pool only a few minutes' walk from the villa, with separate children's pool for safe bathing.
