Proximity to local facilities make this an excellent choice for both families and golfers alike. Alicante or Murcia Airports are only 35-40 minutes by car.

Golfers will enjoy the superb views of the La Marquesa golf course from the rootop patio of this villa and when not playing themselves, will enjoy relaxing whilst watching others play the course. There are also many other popular courses within a 10-20 minute drive - Villamartin, Campoamor, Golf La Finca and Las Ramblas, to name a few.

Families will not be disappointed either, with the large community pool, only yards from the villa. A good choice of local restaurants means you don't always have to take the car to eat out. If you decide you would like to go to the beach, the beautiful sandy beaches at Guardamar del Segura, which stretch for miles, are only about 10 minutes by car. This room is not suitable for use by children due to the danger of climbing onto the balustrades). The large rooftop patio offers superb views over the golf course and surrounds and is fully equipped with patio furniture. Barbecue available.

At ground level, to the front of the villa, double gates give access to private off road parking, with sufficient space for up to 4 cars.
