This lovely villa at Ciudad Quesada, only 35/40 minutes south of Alicante Airport, is ideal for both family and golfing holidays. Located only 30 yards from the 18th tee of the La Marquesa Golf and Country Club, the views of the surrounding areas and golf course are stunning. With bars, supermarkets, restaurants and a bank all within 600 yards, car hire is not essential. However, if you want to travel further afield it is recommended.

Beaches and Pools: The superb beaches of the Costa Blanca are only about 10 minutes away by car and the community swimming pool, exclusive to the development and one of two which guests are entitled to use, is just a short walk away. Ciudad Quesada also has its own Aqua Park, so there is plenty of choice for all the family.

For Golfers: As well as being superbly located directly opposite the La Marquesa Golf Course, within 20 minutes by car, there are at least 4 other golf courses in the vicinity - Villamartin, Campoamor, Las Ramblas and Golf La Finca - all with challenging layouts. So bring your 'A' game with you!
