About 5 minutes drive away is the lovely town of Moraira, with its large coved sandy beach and varied selection of restaurants and bars. Within about 10 minutes' drive is the popular town of Javea and a further 10 minutes will take you to the large town of Denia with its hydrofoil service to Ibiza.

Good golfing facilities are to be found at Javea, Denia and Ifach. Benidorm, the Terra Mitica Theme Park and the Benidorm Aqua Park, are only about 20 minutes by car.

Additional cloakroom. Separate kitchen with cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher. Utility room housing washing machine and tumble drier. Lounge/diner with traditional Spanish style hearth, two sofas. Satellite TV, video, DVD and CD player. Conservatory with sofa which leads out to semi-circular patio, providing an excellent area for al-fresco dining.
