Lovely semi-detached residence with well planned accommodation on two levels. Sited near the La Marquesa Golf Course this villa is in a good location for golfers and its excellent facilities make it ideally suited to families as well. Ciudad Quesada itself has an Aqua Park, numerous bars, restaurants, supermarkets, hairdressers, banks and a medical centre. Superb sandy beaches at Guardamar are only about 10 minutes by car and the larger holiday town of Torrevieja is about 15 minutes by car. Well served by both Alicante and Murcia Airports (about 35 minutes by car).

Accommodation comprises: Ground Floor: Entrance to attractive lounge/diner with 2-seater and 3-seater settees (one of which is a sofa bed), digital satellite TV, DVD. Well equipped kitchen with oven, electric hob with extractor, microwave, fridge/freezer, etc. Small utility room housing washing machine, iron and ironing board. Bedroom 2: twin bedroom, family bathroom - bath with shower over, toilet, bidet and washhand basin.

First Floor: Small landing with door to roof terrace enjoying lovely views of the surrounding area. Master bedroom with double bed and built in wardrobes. Doors also lead from the master bedroom to the roof terrace which has table and chairs. Shower room with shower, toilet and washhand basin.

Air conditioning available as an optional extra.

Outside: Patio style garden with drive in for car. Excellent shared community pool just around the corner from the villa.
