Within walking distance of local shops, restaurants and bars. Approximately
five minutes by car will take you to wonderful sandy beaches and the
villa is within easy reach of championship golf courses at Villamartin,
Campoamor, La Marquesa and Golf La Finca. Alicante and Murcia Airports
are only about 35 minutes by car.

Outside: Own swimming pool and poolside shower. Further outside shower by studio room. Garden laid mainly to patio providing an excellent sunbathing area. Sun loungers and patio furniture provided. Barbecue. Garage.
