This beautiful villa is situated in a quiet residential area of Villamartin. Villamartin is on the Costa Blanca some 40 minutes from Alicante Airport and only about 20 minutes from Murcia Airport. Blue Flag Beaches at La Zenia, Playa Flamenca and La Zenia are just a 5 minute drive away. A variety of water sports and leisure activities are available all along the coast.

Golf: Superbly located for golfers and only about 5 minutes drive from the Villamartin Golf Course, Las Ramblas and Campoamor. Further afield but still only about 20 minutes drive you will find both La Finca and La Marquesa Golf Courses. Villamartin is without doubt one of the finest golf and residential complexes on the Costa Blanca. The Villamartin course itself has a very challenging par 72 and also boasts practise putting greens, driving range, social club and pro-shop.

Amenities: Local supermarkets are a short walk away from the villa. The famous Villamartin Plaza with plenty of restaurants and bars to suit all tastes is only a short drive. A wide range of leisure and sporting facilities can be found within a 10 minute drive. An extremely picturesque river walk is only 2 minutes from the villa.

Accommodation comprises: 3 bedrooms all with twin beds. Full bathroom comprising bath with shower over, wc, bidet. Further shower room with wc and washbasin. Additional toilet and washhand basin in Utility Room (see later).
Fully equipped kitchen including oven, hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, toaster etc.
Lounge/Diner: Tastefully furnished and spacious lounge/diner with TV, DVD, CD player. Patio doors lead from here to a large elevated balcony.
Utility room: A large tiled cellar provides storage, extra sleeping capacity, a wc and washhand basin and access to the rear of the property.
Rear Patio with barbecue and outdoor shower. Ideal for outdoor living and sunbathing.
Large Roof solarium which has sunshine all day. Excellent communal swimming pool situated only 50m from the villa.
