Lovely villa, formerly the show house and front line to the La Marquesa Golf Course. This villa overlooks the 18th green and commands extensive views of the course. Situated within a minutes' walk of the golf clubhouse and local supermarkets, restaurants and bars. Use of two large swimming pools exclusive to the complex. Superb beaches at Guardamar del Segura only a 10 minute drive. Ciudad Quesada village itself offers an aqua park, supermarkets, banks, medical centre, bars and nightlife. The larger resort of Torrevieja is only a 15 minute drive. Within easy reach of both Alicante and Murcia Airports (both only a 35 minute drive away).
Accommodation
comprises: 2 bedrooms, each with twin beds, bathroom (with
shower over bath), fully equipped kitchen/living room, large fridge/freezer,
oven, hob, microwave, washing machine. Flat screen Satellite TV with
UK channels (including BBC1, ITV and Channel 4+1), Spanish "free
to air" TV channels, DVD. An air conditioning/heating unit
is provided in the lounge for your comfort. (There are additional oil
filled radiators for the winter should it be particularly cold).
Outside: Enclosed courtyard at ground level with table, chairs and umbrella
for al-fresco dining. There is a barbecue provided for your use. Steps
lead to a rooftop solarium with superb views of the La Marquesa Golf
Course. Loungers are provided for sunbathing.

towels provided. Guests are requested to bring their own beach towels. Free
weekly linen change (for lets of 10 days or more), fully serviced between
lets. Car Hire Recommended (although not essential). Welcome pack can
be arranged.
