How do I advertise with Villa2Rent?
Send us full details of your property, together with your photographs, by post or E-mail. We will prepare your page and then ask you to approve it. You can approve your page online or if you prefer we can send you a copy to check.

What photographs should I send?
We prefer photographs in a JPG / JPEG format either by e-mail or by post on a floppy disk or CD. Ideally they should be at least 540 pixels high, maximum resolution / minimum compression / best quality.

Although we prefer JPEG's, you can if you wish send us original photographic prints.

High quality photographs of your property are very important and can make a big difference to the amount of enquiries you receive. Try to choose sharp, clear photographic prints (preferably taken on a sunny day) in a landscape (horizontal) format, (they look better on our web pages). Include shots of both the interior and exterior, if you can.

We prefer to retain photographs in case they are required for scanning purposes. However, if you want them to be returned, please enclose a note to this effect, together with a self-addressed envelope.

What about the text?
Although up to 300 words of text are included in the basic price, advertisers tend to use less than 200. Please try to give as much information as possible, but in a clear, concise form. Describe your property as fully as possible and try to include some information about the surrounding area (places to visit, distance from beach etc).
Remember: Keep it clear, concise and complete.

How do I pay?
Payment should be made at time of booking and can be made by any of the following methods:
